Shipping & Delivery

No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
Return or Replacement (Only on Wrong or Damaged Delivery)
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the Contact Us page.

To request a return or replacement, you must provide a full uncut video of the package being opened from the sealed condition, clearly showing:
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
- The full unboxing process
- The issue with the product
- No claim will be accepted without this video proof.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed.
- If you wish to cancel, please send a request through the Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours will not be accepted.
