Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Standard delivery timeline is within 7 working days across India.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or courier-related issues.

No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

Return or Replacement (Only on Wrong or Damaged Delivery)

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the Contact Us page.
  • To request a return or replacement, you must provide a full uncut video of the package being opened from the sealed condition, clearly showing:
    • The external packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The full unboxing process
    • The issue with the product
  • No claim will be accepted without this video proof.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed.
  • If you wish to cancel, please send a request through the Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours will not be accepted.

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
  • Minor variations in color/design may occur due to digital display differences or manual processing.
